Requirements for working

We don't know what the requirements are minimal for operation of the bot, in any case, it is recommended to use on a more or less modern PCs. Certainly is the Internet.

Error when downloading

If you have an error when downloading, please contact support by E-Mail/VK/Telegram . Carefully check the username, do not fall for scams

The archive is protected with password you shows after the download is complete. Look carefully! This is done to prevent browser flagged the file as malicious.

Additional information

  • The icons (?) in the program contain additional information about functions, please read before use. These icons usually appear with the introduction of new features.
  • SDA should not be run when the bot. This app is only for manual send exchanges. Running SDA will only prevent the bot to transfer items. If you have something not working in sending a check with your support
  • You can hover over a cell in the "Min. TM price" or "Steam Price (p)" column to see sales charts. Works for all partitions where there are tables

Transfer settings/thresholds

  • The main bot settings are in the file "Settings.cfg"
  • List of trade links (accounts to which things are transferred after purchase) in the file "Setting.db"
  • List of thresholds for the "Buy" section in the file "MasOrderPrice.db"
  • List of thresholds for a section "Sales Management" in file "MasSellPrice.db"
  • List of items for the section "Buy Socket" in the file "MasSocketPrice.db"
  • List to fix the price when placing for the section "TM-Sales" in the file "fixed_price.ini"
  • The rest of the saving options included in the different sections are also in the file "****.ini"

To transfer the settings, you can copy any of the files to the new folder of the bot. All .db files created using the library LiteDB for .Net . Git: https://github.com/mbdavid/LiteDB (If you want to programmatically fill in these files)

Error when updating

In the console when you copy or search of files, errors might occur:

  • "Not found the update files" - you need to run CounterBot.exe and wait until the update is downloaded again
  • "Error during upgrade" - off SDA and CounterBot. Start Updater.exe from the Administrator, if that fails, copy the files from the UpdateFiles folder manually if the folder is not running, start CounterBot and let it re-downloads the update files)
  • "Not found the executable file ****.exe" - most likely a bot file was corrupted by the antivirus, you need to re-download the bot from the official site and add the folder with the bot in the antivirus exceptions. Antivirus swears due to the fact that we are protecting an executable file through the obfuscator, which the scammers sometimes also protect their apps. This signatures in virus databases are considered to be similar (it happens, nothing to worry about. The main thing is to download all from the official site bot.csgo.com)

Binding of the program

The program is tied to some components of the computer including the system.

Important! When you upgrade/reinstall the system, as well as in the change set of a computer, in most cases, requires a rebind! Note that it is only on a paid basis (Exceptions can not be)
